Our vineyards are our pride. Around 100 hectares and average age of 30 years, although some strains are over 100 years' old. We have managed to conserve the oldest grape varieties and the oldest hybrids that our ancestors so carefully selected, generation after generation.
It is during the handpicking harvest when the best grapes are selected. We pick by vineyard. The fruit ferments separately in order to achieve the best result from each type of soil and grape variety. Production is deliberately scarce, with 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg per vine.
