The origin of the winery goes back to the XVIII century. The ancestors of José Pablo, converted the old winemaking tradition into a commercial venture in the year 1760. Well rooted tradition plus the land and the indigenous grape clones became the greatest asset for the winery and serve as a guarantee for the highest quality wines.
