THE WINERY

The Winery is built on 2,200 square meters and has three different sections. The first is where the wines are fermented, all in stainless steel and temperature controlled process. The second section is for the bottling and storage, and finally the underground cellar where the barrels keep the wine at peace during the aging process. At current time, there are 200 brand new barrels of both, American and Frech oak.
